The Workforce Dwelling Units, Moderately Priced Dwelling Units, and Affordable Dwelling Units Programs are designed to help working households afford to live in Fairfax County, Loudoun County, and the City of Rockville near employment centers and transportation options. In short, these programs can help you live near where you work and have accessible access to the rich neighborhood amenities available in high-cost areas.
Workforce, Moderately Priced, and Affordable housing is generally understood as reduced-priced housing for households with earned income insufficient to secure quality housing close to their workplace and more urban environments. The programs provide income-qualified households the opportunity to live at a reduced rent in some of the highly amenitized privately owned and operated market-rate apartment communities in the Washington metro area.
In the apartment communities listed in this brochure, there is a range of limits on incomes and rents for your new home based on the size of your household.
